Kolea Farm is located in Pupukea Highlands on the North Shore of the Island of Oahu in  the State of Hawaii.

Bill Howes began his dream of developing a local, organic farm that would incorporate the concepts of permaculture design and training almost 15 years ago.  The farm is the culmination of that dream.

The farm occupies about 1.5 acres at present, but Bill has plans for further growth.

Crops include standard vegetables and fruits as well as Hawaiian native varieties and other varieties from around the world. (Expand)

Kolea Farm has an intern work/pay program for those interested in learning more about organic farming and permaculture.  Contact Bill for more details.

Kolea Farm also participates in the “WWOOFer” program.  WWOOFer stands for “Willing Workers On Organic Farms”.Go to (add WWOOFer site link).
